Bob Peek is a lifelong resident of the New River Valley, which afforded him the opportunity to see and participate in the growth of the villages and neighborhoods here over the last 60 years. Bob loves the mountains of Virginia (obviously), and he can appreciate why you want to live here, too.

Bob and his wife reared a couple of children here, and their kids repaid them for their efforts with 4 adorable granddaughters. When he is not working, Bob is usually traveling to see just how quickly those little girls are becoming young ladies.

In addition to inspecting and improving houses, Bob also spends time photographing houses and local live music and the aforementioned granddaughters. All of the images on this site are his. bpinspects@verizon.com

Bob built a company with a mission to provide the best home inspection services available in the New River Valley and Roanoke Valley, and that remains the mission of the company today.

Kathy Poff served as Office Manager of Inspections, Inc. from 1991 through 2020. Kathy cheerfully delivered a level customer service and business management that will be exceedingly difficult to match.
